I-589 Pending 期间与绿卡配偶结婚

请问郑律师，我是B2有效期内递交的PH申请，现在和绿卡配偶结婚了，也同时递交了I-485和I-130，前几天I-485突然被拒绝了，这种情况我还可以上诉吗？有没有更好的解决办法，谢谢

2 @# }: N  ]5 u4 y8 e5 ~To qualify for adjustment under section 245 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), an applicant must:
  ^8 P( i' ]) o6 u3 F8 LBe inspected and admitted or paroled into the United States;
  j5 s# z7 l8 P# `8 A3 CBe eligible to receive an immigrant visa;
Be admissible to the United States for permanent residence; and
Have an immigrant visa immediately available at the time the application is filed.
You must demonstrate that you are eligible to adjust status to a lawful permanent resident (LPR). See Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations (8 CFR), section 245.1.
