I.广告类的处理

1. 我们如何定义广告：

i. 提示别的用户自己有要出售的商品或所售、即将销售的商品类别

j. 留下联系方式或指明联系方法

k. 以帮亲友之名干上述事情，不管赚不赚钱

l.抢楼送东西(抢楼可以，送金币可以，送东西不行)

m.发布任何未确定与纽约情报站达成合作推广协议的网站

2. 如何避雷：

a. 存有潜在交易可能的帖子请发小本。

b. 涉及求购、团购拼单请在发现版块寻找对应功能。

c. 和交易有关的吐槽或闲聊请发二手版畅聊版，或尽量避免广告嫌疑

d. 其他请参考交易类各版版规

3. 对广告贴的处理：

a. 抢楼送东西、团购拼单、换钱类、市场调查类帖子将视情况删除或移到小本或二手

b. 招代购、甩外链、明目张胆打广告者将警告，严重者禁言。

c. 在吐槽灌水中插入自己卖东西的链接，链接将予以删除，帖子关闭并删除。情况严重者将警告处理。

d. 在回帖中留下联系方式或指明联系方法的，一律屏蔽楼层，严重者将警告处理。

II. 移贴相关依据

版主将视帖子主要内容而对帖子进行移动或分类，其中包括但不仅限于：

• 提问题贴：情感贴不转移；其余以答案是否具有建设性为原则，非建设性帖子如”XXX牌鞋子好穿吗“，“都去哪玩”等不转移；建设性帖子如病症咨询，学校申请，邮寄知识等，将移往问问版以便更多解答或问问版主做成索引。
  

• 食物贴：内容以菜肴展示及食谱教程为主的帖子将移往吃货版。其余则保留。
  

• 其他物品展示：内容以展示为主的帖子将在闲聊版内保留一周后移往好货晒晒及其他相应版块。

• 交易广告帖将视情况移至二手、小本或回收站
• 帖子内带有微信/QQ群号及示意他人加群的内容

• 带有神秘外链的帖子将视情况移往回收站或删除链接。为保证知识产权、病毒等因素，建议po上网站截图或做好相关科普。

2. 灌水的限度

• 为保证大家的阅读体验，同一个ID在一小时内连续灌水回复10楼，或5小时内发3个以上帖子则视为过度灌水
  

• 灌水、抢钱回帖请注意节操，很久前的帖子（特别是3周+以前发的）就不要考古了。

• 发帖/回复中带有侮辱、漫骂，讥讽，人身攻击或猥亵言语的，或在挖坟贴中灌水刷分的，视为恶意灌水

3. 灌水不当的处理

• 在挖坟贴中刷分，将视举报情况给予口头提醒，严重者将警告。

• 过度灌水回复，将试举报情况给予口头提醒或警告。
  

• 恶意言语等将受到警告及屏蔽。

• 5小时内发贴数量过三的将被被删除至三个。试图匿名灌水超过3贴的朋友一经发现将删除所有匿名贴并警告，再次违规者将关小黑屋。
  

IV. 爆料、纠纷与人身攻击

APP的管制办法说明

1、所有用户均绑定手机才可以发布和回复，一个手机号码一个帐号，不能两号共存

2、用户所发布的内容如有违规，一次删除，两次警告，三次永久禁言

3、每天凌晨5到凌晨5点30分之间APP全站关闭，所发布的内容均进入审核状态

4、如有用户发布侵犯别人隐私，APP首页有“举报”
