background-clip: initial;">英国旅客搭乘瑞安航空时被告知随身行李因为拉开可扩充容量的拉链所以超过尺寸，要多付钱改托运。示意图，非新闻当事者。（欧新社）</figcaption>英国牛津的凯瑟琳（Catherine Warrilow）日前搭乘瑞安航空（Ryanair）从伦敦飞往西班牙时，被告知她的可扩充行李箱超过随身行李尺寸，要她多付75英镑（约97美元）改为托运，尽管女子拉上拉链缩小行李箱符合尺寸仍被拒绝提上飞机，她付了钱后又没人帮她处理托运，航空公司一连串不合理的行为让她气愤地表示实在是太荒谬可笑了。每日邮报（Daily Mail）报导，45岁的凯瑟琳上个月要从伦敦斯坦斯特德（Stansted）机场飞往西班牙塞维利亚（Seville），她事先替手提行李付钱，但登机时被告知因为行李箱拉开扩充拉链，大了两公分所以不能登机，她只能选择当场丢弃行李，或是多付75英镑改托运。凯瑟琳说，她当场跪在行李箱上拉上拉链，拉上后就符合航空公司的登机大小标准，但地勤仍不买单，她只好付钱改托运，她被要求连回程的托运一起付，她最后多付了超过100英镑（约129美元）。凯瑟琳说，更荒谬的是当她把行李拉到托运柜台时那里没有半个人，她只好带着行李登机，她没被退费，行李箱也能放进座位上的行李舱。凯瑟琳说，瑞安航空的行为很不合理，很多旅客都会用可扩充的行李箱，可是航空公司却在排队队伍中随机挑选乘客检查，有些人被放行，有些人却被罚款，航空公司的标准不一致。凯瑟琳在<span _istranslated="1" style="box-sizing: border-box;
